职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be responsible for setting up Hygiene Management system in the cop. China to align with Global Quality policies and GMP requirement.
- Guide hygiene management activities to make sure good practices are run and followed in China in-house production and contracted manufacturing. Minimize micro contamination risk at lowest level.
- Be responsible for setting up & review the cleaning & sanitation process. And be responsible for cleaning validation
- Verify new facility & equipment design from hygiene point of view.
- Give training to Production, Engineering & Processing Development on Hygiene requirement.
- Set up and complete Micro laboratory operation and safety procedures to make sure that Micro lab practices comply with GMP, EHS and other policies.
- Assign Micro test work of materials, bulks and products to team according to manufacturing plan, and support the supply chain with quick release.
- Coach and motivate team members. Develop their technical skills & competencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above,
- Biological, Pharmaceutical or relative major in university
- At least 3 years management experience in Micro lab & hygiene management.
- Rich experience on best practices in GMP
- Rich experience on ISO9001&14001 in lab
- Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 Lab Accreditation
- Fluent spoken English
