Responsibilities
1. Participate in delivering and continuously improving industrial safety: following all MKC industrial safety regulations/ instructions as the unconditioned, most prioritized target in every operation not limited in below defined working scope(s); seeking for all opportunities to improve existing process and/ or process equipment related safety compliance; complying with all MKC encouraged safety behaviors not limited in site activities.
2. Take in charge of fixed asset management: deliver feasibility studying, CEA application in terms of production equipment, contract drafting, installation organizing, refurbishment/ replacement planning and (or) write-off execution in line with MKC FA management SOPs and optimize FA utilization.
3. Take charge of maintenance strategy: implement planned preventive maintenance strategy, generate preventive maintenance plan and execution, maintenance performance evaluation, task scheduling, trouble-shooting and professional methodology integration ------ following uninterrupted PDCA cycle.
4. Participate in external supplier management and engineering project implementation: deliver external supplier outsourcing, communicating, site service coordinating & monitoring, leveraging own site and external resources to minimize breakdown whilst improve maintenance effectiveness & efficiency.
5. Lead process equipment validation implementation: deliver annual validation scheduling, validation protocol drafting and validation (DQ/ IQ/ OQ/ PQ) coordination to enhance process reliability & process quality consistency.
6. Lead innovation-related process equipment modification: align process engineer and other functional teams to make sure existing process equipment/ fixture can satisfy business development proactively in a changing environment.
7. Lead shopfloor mechanic spare parts management: continuously and dynamically manage all shop floor spare parts inventory ------ especially their availability, safety - economical stock setting and SKU simplification ------ based on failure mode identification and equipment life-cycle performance monitoring.
8. Participate in working process standardization and knowledge transition: deliver SOP/ WI writing, participate in technician's skill matrix defining & updating, skill gap analysis, deliver professional training to internal/ external teams, help to build an "execution-as-learn" engineering team.
9. Other temporary assigned task: deliver add-on rash task with equivalent efficiency & quality; prioritize executions dynamically in a multitasks environment with good balance between strategic goal and immediate actions

Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or designing, at least 5+ year maintenance experience in JV.
2. Solid professional knowledge and know-how towards daily chemicals process equipment covering making, filling to end-of-line packing.
3. Industrial safety knowledge and application skill.
4. Familiar with all local legal requirements towards engineering service/ activity.
5. Hands-on experience towards TPM, IE, GMP and ISO9001 system.
6. A basic understanding towards supply chain's all major functions.
7. Good command of working English.
8. Skilled user for all job-aid engineering software.
9. Well-trained SOP writer.
