Responsibilities:
1.Follows professional activity in their area
Assumes the classical role of leadership of process plan / budget/ results/ reporting/ analysis / forecasts
Assumes the role of cost control including cost prices
Assumes the important role of support for managers to help them have a better control of their activity and growth in compliance with
Group methods

2. Assists Plant Manager
Studies profitability of investments
Studies profitability of products
Advises the plant Manager in the scope of their area of expertise
Carries out specific analyses at the request of the Plant Manager and Financial management
Takes necessary decisions for the optimisation of results without questioning initial data.
3. Assists plant operations in subjects such as budgets, reporting, system development e.g.
Follows and enhances reliability of the plant reporting
Participates in the drawing-up of budgets and follow-up
Validates and completes comments concerning management for clarity of results and a good level of performance
Ensures application of Group rules and procedures related to the financial function in the site.
4. Leads and Manages their Professional Activity
Leads and federates their team members permanently.
Follows professional activity performance indicators, implements corrective actions if necessary, and communicates them to team
members
According to the business activity objectives, establishes action plans and coordinates the missions of his/ her team in a consistent
way.
Proposes and controls the annual operational budget of activity.
Proposes necessary resources to achieve objectives and implement necessary actions for any changes in staff (recruitment, transfers,
dismissals) and investments according to budget and social constraints.
Follows activity performance indicators, implements corrective actions if necessary, and communicates them to teams
Carries out the annual appraisal interviews, lays down the objectives of his/her team, by associating the functional ones then ensures
the deployment to the L-1 levels and L-2
Develops employee skills and proposes necessary training to maintain performance working with the Staff Manager
Advises employees on their career development in agreement with the staff manager and promotes internal mobility
Proposes wage increases, in agreement with the Staff Managers within the framework of the HR Group policy
Applies appropriate disciplinary measures to staff if necessary.
Pays attention to maintain team motivation and a positive working climate
Ensures information flows within teams and promotes team spirit
Controls and approves expense notes (trips, ...), absence requests for their team
Ensures updates of job definitions according to group processes
Prepares reports and reporting documents of activity.

Requirements:
1. Ability to develop systems while ensuring a functional responsibility
2. Organisational, communication skills
3. Capacity of proposition / follow-up of dashboards
4. Skilled in Excel, Magnitude
5. Self-discipline, discretion, geographical mobility for missions
6. Ability to control several specialized fields: budget management, reporting, activity management, etc.
