Responsibilities:
1. Facilitates implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System - SMI) and related objectives
- Sets up site IMS ( Integrated Management System- instructions and appendices) consistent with the Group IMS
- Facilitates and ensures implementation of IMS
- Proposes changes to IMS related to activities in their unit
- Assists Unit Director in terms of process efficiency and effectiveness in order to reach targets.
2. Represents customers in their production unit;
- Ensures compliance with customer quality requirements
- Checks supplier performance for their unit and launches improvement plans, consistent with the purchasing department
- Takes decisions concerning dispensations related to customer quality requirements
- Coordinates production systems, product, process audits, in their unit
- Coordinates treatment of production claims and follow-up of related action plans
- Coordinates analysis and treatment of warranty returns
- Participates in assessing customer satisfaction
3. Manages main quality objectives in their production unit
- Organizes the recording of experience capitalization files
- Ensures effective use of quality tools and methods
- Coordinates audits concerning quality in their site and ensures implementation and effectiveness of related action plans
- Coordinates quality communication in their unit
- Reports functionally to Quality Manager of the activity and directly to the Plant Manager.
- Participates in development of new projects while ensuring that factory quality actions are carried out in compliance with the
development guide (GDD)
- Takes all operational decisions in their field and within the scope of their responsibilities.
- Leads their team constantly and coordinates their tasks.
4. Manages their team according to organisation
- According to the business activity objectives, establishes action plans and coordinates in a consistent way the missions of his/her
team
- Respects allocated annual operational budget
- Follows activity performance indicators, sets up corrective actions if necessary, and communicates them to teams
- Carries out the annual appraisal interviews, lays down the objectives of his/her team
- Develops employee skills and proposes necessary training to maintain performance
- Pays attention to maintain team motivation and a positive working climate
- Checks and approves expense notes (trips, ...), absence requests for their team
- Ensures updates of job definitions according to group processes
- Gives reports for their activity

Requirements:
1. Knowledge of quality tools
2. Knowledge of quality standards (Iso TS…)
3. Basic Knowledge of injection technologies
4. Knowledge of automotive industrial requirements
5. Over 5 years experience in QA managerial position.
