工作职责:
-定义和实施正确的维修操作方案
-参与部门管理改善工作
-降低因模具问题导致的停机
-参与生产会议解决与模具相关的问题
-根据生产进度和计划制造相应的机械部件
-相关文档处理
-分析停机和回复需要时间并制定正确的和预防性的措施
-定义APU生产恢复所需要的与模具相关的采购

工作要求：
能够进行模具维修，保养，焊接，调整
管理团队，有决策力，良好的沟通和组织技能
综合分析能力，预判能力
良好的电脑知识，保养知识
5年以上相关的工作经验
