Employment – full time

Tasks

- To validate cars acoustic relevant problem according to the requirement of ATG

- To analyze acoustic problems of cars from production line and test cars with acoustic equipment.(rolling road, hydropulser and climate chamber, PAK system)

- To validate and analyze cars water tightness and operate comfort relevant problem according to the requirement of ATG and BMW group standard

- Keep communication with other BMW plant and FIZ for function integration relevant issues

Key Responsibilities

- Acoustic problems analysis and validation

- Squeaks & rattles problems analysis and validation

- Water tightness validation and analysis

- Cars Operate Comfort validation and analysis(doors,bonnet,trunk lid and so on)

- ATG - Complete vehicle dynamic test and validation

- Weight Measurement (COP)

- FIT car acoustic problem solving support

- FIT project support

- Customer cars problem solving support

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering or NVH analysis with good theoretical and practical background or qualification acquired in a similar position

- Knowledge of PAK system and acoustic equipment

- Knowledge of car quality problems validation

- Knowledge of water tightness and operate comfort problems analysis

- Knowledge of BMW operate comfort tools using

- Driving skill

- Proficiency with MS office

- Proficiency with English spoken and written

- Background in car manufacturing,4-6years

- Experience with car's function problem validation and analysis,1-3years

- Driving experience,1-3years
