Senior Specialist Training

Corporate Division Powertrain
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

To ensure the proper implementation of training and XCE personal development efficiency in XCE project

Key Responsibilities

- Setup and update training management process in XCE project

- Setup and update training matrix after training requirement analysis from XCE and personal development plan for XCE

- Organize and coordinate training resource internal and external for XCE project

- Summary and update training result and evaluated regularly for XCE project

- Coordinate all XCE relevant training (on job training and intensive training) and documentize records

- Deliver XCE non-production new associate orientation training as internal trainer

- Support Powertrain training team regularly

Qualifications

- Bachelor / master degree in electrical, software, training or mathematics engineering

- Knowledge of training operation system and principle

- Knowledge of IT / SAP

- Self-initiative, improvisation skills

- Knowledge of delivery skill of training resource

- Open mindedness in dealing with other

- English spoken and written, German would be an advantage

- Proficiency with computer operation and MS office knowledge

- Background in Mechanical Engineering, 1-3 years

- Microsoft Office, 1-3 years

- Experience in training, 1-3 years

- Experience in SAP, 1-3 years

- Automotive manufacturing systems and process, 1-3 years
