Specialist HV Battery Test Bench

Tasks

The associate is responsible for operating HV battery test benches in research and development of NEV (New Energy Vehicle) components for BMW Brilliance Automotive products

Key Responsibilities

- Operating test bench for HV batteries under the rules of health and safety

- Build up of measurement configuration incl. electrical connection and cooling lines for HV batteries

- Carrying out measurements (current, voltage, temperature, humidity etc.) on HV battery test bench and HV batteries

- Preparing measurement results

- Execution of test programs in test bench

- Documentation of measurement data

- Ensure maximum availability of the HV batter test bench. This includes analysis and fixing of problems as well as maintenance of the test bench

- Supporting the interpretation of measurement results together with test engineers

Qualifications

- Maintenance electrician with professional certificate, graduation from technical school, technical college or junior colleague preferred

- Languages skills: Chinese, basic English (major part of business related communication in Chinese)

- Good knowledge in Microsoft office

- Self-responsible and reliable working attitude and initiative

- Analytic and working method, also during work under pressure

- Driving license

- Excitement for new energy vehicles and testing operations

- Working experience as electrician for power engineering, 1-3 years

- Optional working experience with high voltage systems like HV batteries and E-motors, electric energy converters, 1-3 years
