Employment – full time

Tasks

- As a production area manager you lead a team of production employees and section leaders. You are responsible for the production area, the process and the employees

- Make sure that legal provisions, such as rules for safety, are met

Key Responsibilities

- Human resources planning; Support in personnel issues/problems

- Implementation of the maintenance program in the available production equipment

- Operation of the shift handover

- Support of fault clearance processes (section leader) and continuous improvement processes (technologist)

- Preparation and implementation of production meetings in your area

- Information and instruction of employees

- Information of the supervisor in case of machines and equipments problems

- Responsible for target agreements in your production area

- Receiving and processing complaints from production processes

- Setting of standards and standard procedures

Qualifications

- Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering with knowledge of foundry core making technology

- Organizational skills and assertiveness

- Good knowledge of materials in the core making, alloy range

- Knowledge of MS Office

- Fluent in English language

- Teamwork and communication skills

- Analytical thinking

- Willingness to travel abroad

- Core making manufacturing, 7-10 years
