Advanced Specialist Maintenance Planning Foundry

Employment – full time

Tasks

To build a planning team for the establishment of a new low-pressure die casting foundry in China, maintenance planners are needed

Key Responsibilities

- Planning and coordination with outside companies about maintenance issues

- Responsible for the maintenance of the technical content of the start of production

- Carrying out maintenance operations (Repair, servicing, inspection, replacement of parts, organization) on technical equipments in production area for which support is to be provided taking account of the legal, safety and plant regulations and in accordance with business management considerations

- Ensuring the technical availability, preserving the value and meeting the quality requirements of the machines, installations and systems for which support is to be provided

- Optimization within the area of responsibility concerned

- Support the leader for other related issues

Qualifications

- Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering with knowledge of foundry technology

- Organizational skills and assertiveness

- Good knowledge of equipment

- Knowledge of MS Office

- Fluent in English language

- Teamwork and communication skills

- Analytical thinking

- Willingness to travel abroad

- Equipment maintenance, 4-6 years

- In-depth experience in manufacturing industry, 4-6 years

- Leadership experience, 1-3 years
