Employment – full time

Tasks

- To set up project documentation system

- Systematically achieve all the project documents to reach the BMW and BMW Brilliance standard including the soft and hard copy

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible to set up a systematically comprehensive electronic documentation system to realize a quick and clear search and traceable document history; Simultaneously ensure both hard and soft documents could be strictly and confidentially kept in order

- Organize and manage the project document team comprised of project consultants; this team is the only one access for documents inlet and outlet

- Create project documentation process and standards of management to meet the standard and actual situation, incl. sending and receiving; control the whole process

- Taking charge of checking as-built documents and authorized to make approvals before these are submitted to municipal archives or corporation

- Act as the document central function, together with contract and cost management teams, set up a numbering system for all transmittal documents

- To combine and archive the document of all projects in BMW Brilliance Tiexi Plant, including the soft copy and hard copy basis on the standard of State, BMW and BMW Brilliance

Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree in Civil or MEP

- Auto cad experience

- PC experience, especially with MS-Office applications

- Good English spoken and written

- Knowledge of electronic project documentation and related process

- Knowledge of big projects

- Knowledge of State Construction Documentation Standards and Regulations

- At least 1 years of working experience in electronic project documentation, 1-3 years
