Advanced Quality Assurance Civil Engineering

Employment – full time

Tasks

Quality assurance for industrial building planning and building construction in terms of ensure maximum usability for a long time for low cost in accordance with Chinese code and regulations

Key Responsibilities

- Setup and maintain a QMS for building planning and construction (Processes and QA documents, system for document flow and filing, QMS handbook)

- Escort the building process from planning phase over construction phase to handover and ensure a maximum quality in time and compliance with Chinese code and regulations for each of the five stage gates (Feasibility Study & Preliminary Design; Detailed Design; Tendering/Purchasing; Construction; Commissioning & Handover)

- Create and operate incoming goods inspection system

- Create and operate quality complaint management system for external vendors

- Create and operate a material / supplier quality data base

- Create and operate system for supplier auditing

- Prepare and guide internal and external QMS trainings and audits

- Create QA reports (depending on level from weekly to monthly)

- Escort the Change Requests process from QA standpoint

Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree or above Construction Engineering

- Concrete and Metal Structure Construction

- Standards Chinese Code

- PC Experience, MS-Office Applications

- Skills with AutoCAD

- QA Management and Complaint Management (Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D etc.)

- Incoming Goods / Material Inspection

- Chinese Native Speaker, Fluent English, German would be an advantage

- Team Player and High Communicative Competence

- Self confident Appearance

- Self-Dependent and Committed

- Structural Analysis

- Industrial Building planning, 1-3 years

- Site Management / Construction for Industrial Building, 7-10 years

- Quality Assurance, 1-3 years
