HR Business Partner

Corporate Division Human Resources Business Partner
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

- Responsible for providing a comprehensive HR Service to give Functions Technologies in a proactive and strategic manner in line with business requirements

- Support managers and employees in finding solutions for department- specific and individual HR issues

- Ensures compliance with HR policy and legislation

- Participate in relevant circles, meetings, projects and working group

Key Responsibility

- To ensure that optimum performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the department are achieved and that business strategy is implemented

- To ensure that the best interests of the company are always represented at the highest possible level

- To support the strategic delivery of HR related aspects, and enhance business performance

- To ensure key information and expectations are understood. To ensure that process requirements are met. To ensure that HR information, policies and processes are available, accurate and timely

- To ensure the consistent application of process and policy as dictated by business requirements. To optimize performance, efficiency and effectiveness for both the employees and the business and ensure accuracy of data in accordance with BBA and legislative guidelines. To ensure cases are resolved and dealt with appropriately and in line with company agreements and legislation

- To protect company and employees in aspects of data protection, working time regulations, discrimination etc. Also optimize best practice approaches to success of organization

- To resolve conflicts and ensure the businesses are operating in line with collective agreements

Qualification

- University degree or above

- Fluent English both in speaking and writing

- More than 5 Years experience in HR field in full function

- Project management skill

- Ability to handle pressure whilst solving problems and conflicts

- Highly developed communication skills

- Considerable business related experience required

- Knowledge of labor law

- Highly developed ability to priorities, assert and make decisions

- High level presentation, negotiation and influencing skills

- Experience with automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage
