Key Responsibilities:

• Release P/Os to vendors and expedite confirmation.

发放定购单给卖方和敦促确认；

• Expedite for prompt delivery for all vendors.

敦促所有卖方准时交货；

• Be responsible for price negotiations for quarterly cost reductions.

为季度性降低成本负责价格谈判；

• Co-ordinate and follow up with vendors for new startup of tooling.

与卖方协调和跟踪新启动的加工项目；

• Help Buyer to resolve quality and delivery issues especially for mechanical parts.

帮助采购员解决质量和交货问题,特别是机械部件；

• Arrange rejected parts to be returned to vendor when required.

需要时安排被拒部件返回卖方；

• Negotiate with vendor on cost reduction and sourcing for new parts and vendor for new projects.

同卖方就降低成本进行谈判,寻找新部件来源和新项目的卖方；

• Issue forecast order to suppliers.

向供应商发布预测定单；

• Check with Planners regarding shortages.

与计划员协商有关缺货事宜；

• Request quotations for all projects.

要求所有项目的报价单；

• Coordinate follow up and chase finance to release and process payment to vendors.

跟踪及追讨资金用以发放和处理给卖方的付款；

• Issue justification form for authorization on T/T advance payment.

对于电汇预付款,发给合理化表格用以批准；

• Upon receipt of Purchase Requisition, verify supplier and price to make sure the purchase is at the most competitive price.

根据受到的采购通知单,核实供应商及价格,确定购买价是最有竞争力的；

• Look up alternative sources that are in the Vendors List.

在卖方清单中查寻可选择的物资来源；

• Prepare cost reduction program on a half-yearly basis.

准备降低成本程序半年一次；

• Liaise with finance department and vendors when vendor complains of late payment to ensure that parts are not held by vendors.

在财务部及供应商之间建立良好的沟通关系以确保财务部门没有及时付款时供应商不积压货品；

• Supporting and cooperating with all team members in their daily activities and other related pertinent work and any other related matters specified by CEO of from time to time.

支持并协助整个团队成员的日常工作及其他相关工作和任何由甲方CEO不时布置的其他相关事务。

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related discipline.

本科及以上学历，具有工科背景

• Good command in English writing and speaking.

英语读写熟练及口语流利

• 5+years of purchasing experience and 1+year of management experience.

5年以上采购经验，一年以上领导经验

• Available for frequent business trip, having driving license.

能经常出差，工作努力并具备良好的沟通技巧。
