- 大学本科及以上学历，计算机及电子、通讯相关专业毕业；
- 良好的英语说读写能力；
- 至少具有三年及三年以上的硬件开发和测试工作经验；
- 熟悉数字和模拟电路，熟悉各类测试仪器；
- 具有较强的数字电路、模拟电路设计能力；
- 具有硬件调试经验和较强的动手能力；
- 具有视频、音频电路的设计经验；
- 具有低功耗电子产品、便携式产品的设计经验；
- 熟悉基于8位、32位CPU系统的软件和硬件架构；
- 熟练掌握51CPU的软件编程（汇编或C51），了解ARM等32位CPU系统、TMS320DSP系统的软件编程；
- 能熟练使用OrCAD / PADS（PowerPCB）等设计工具；
- 具有硬件调测经验和较强的动手能力，能熟练使用常用的电子仪器；
- 在数码音频、视频以及二维图象的捕获、压缩、传送、贮存等处理方面有一定的理论基础；
- 具有较强的团队合作精神，善于沟通和交流；责任心强，上进好学，工作细心、条理性强；
