Major Responsibilities:


· Drive purchase cost saving.

· Set up, maintain & control the effective & efficient procedures for MRO purchase process

· Provide overall supervisory to all MRO purchase operation and take lead role in coordinating with all engineering teams and other cross function teams.

· Set up effective supplier sourcing & relationship management strategies & policies to maintain Win-Win ties with suppliers.

· Set up, maintain & control effective & efficient regulations for PO & contract management.

· Set up, maintain & control the effective & efficient procedures for logistics process

· Supervisory to all logistics operation and take lead role in coordinating with all engineering teams and other cross function teams.

· Act as the contact with local logistics agency and PRC customs for coordinating any equipment import or goods export affairs.

· Take the lead role in contract negotiation process with suppliers.



Key Competencies:

Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.



· Bachelor degree with good English communication capacity.

· At least 4 years procurement experience in foreign invested company and have the capacity to shape the purchase function.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Deep understanding to purchasing process and have the ability to support manager to improve the entire process.

· Well know the regulation of PRC customs, practical experience is an advantage.

· QAD experience is preferred.

· Be familiar with import, export & return policy and regulation, Import/export operation support, such as declared information preparation, HS code classification, customs clearance, etc.

· Team player, sense of responsibility and highly motivated.

· People Management Skills

· Fluent written and oral English
