Major Responsibilities:

-Give training/guide to designer about 3D/2D standards.

-Development of design and drawing guidelines.

-Check and follow ERDs for 3D/2D data correction

-Create basic design in line with internal and customer requirements, specifications and guidelines according to instructions and cost targets.

-Documentation of the design and all other relevant processes according to Engineering and quality guidelines.

-Development and support for the Application of OSS components on OSS systems.

-Support of series products.

-Production support in case of problems.

-Results oriented collaboration with other departments, with customers and suppliers.

-Create single, assembly, and customer drawings.

-Construction of OSS system and system components.

-Working according to ISO/QS standards and VDA (6), implementation of all 14001 requirements in the design.

-Concept comparison for economic analysis, and customer specification.

-Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or Automotive

-Certified Engineer or chartered Engineer.

-Design experience with mechanical engineering, vehicle manufacturing and vehicle electrics, also products of vehicle accessories. Experience in the automotive industry, with OSS systems and their components

-Professional experience is advantageous, while experience with customer contact and other cultures is an advantage.

-Good English communication skills

-Catia/UG knowledge

-VPM

-DFMA, FMEA, design to cost effective

-Six Sigma

-Design Guidelines

-Basic knowledge in GDPIM

-Willing to travel

-Resilience

-High level of self organization
