职位描述

Job Descriptions:

1. 负责机器安装，并保证机器正常运行

Independent machine installation and commissioning to ensure reliable result.

2. 现场解决客户问题，提供机器维护等技术支持

Respond to technical problems relating to provide trouble shooting and maintenance, retrofit old machine updated.

3. 独立完成售后服务及产品报价

Independently handle customers after sales inquiries and coordinate manager with machines' reliability.

4. 及时向客户发放零件

Deliver warranty spare parts to the customer on time.

5. 客户技术培训

Provide the technical training to both of technicians from sales organization and customers.

6. 致力于客户满意

Focus on customer satisfaction.

7. 持续提高产品质量，降低质量成本

Continuously improve the product quality & Reduce cost of poor quality.

8. 完成与本职工作相关的临时指派任务

Work on any other duties and projects assigned by direct superior

任职要求

Qualifications Required:

1. 机械或相关专业，大专或本科学历

College or University graduate major in mechanical or related field.

2. 3-5年售后服务工作经验

3-5 years of service experience.

3. 有木加工机械售后服务工程师工作经验者优先

Experience in wood industry as service engineer is preferred.

4. 较强的客户服务意识， 并且同时具备解决技术问题、维护客户关系的经验

Strong service sense with hands on experience in the technical problem solving, and client relationship or maintenance.

5. 具有多种问题的解决经验

Extensive Problem Solving Experience.

6. 愿意较频繁地出差

Be willing to travel frequently.

7. 良好的学习能力及沟通能力

Good learning capability and Good communication skill

8. 良好的口语及书面英语表达能力

Good English skills in both oral & written

9. 良好的计算机办公软件使用技能

Knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
