I.POSITION OVERVIEW
The Telesales Representative will be responsible for converting sales leads (primarily outbound qualified leads) into revenue generating sales through the encouragement of the use of the PayPal service most suited to the merchant's (off eBay Merchants) business. The SMB Representative is seen as a product expert, a reference point for best practice integration, and a point of contact for medium sized Merchants wishing to use PayPal as an alternative payment method as well as a reference point within PayPal for generating higher revenue producing Merchants.
The SMB Telesales Representative will work under general supervision but will have a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
II.CORE DUTIES
通过电话进行PayPal产品销售
通过电话和邮件沟通了解客户需求，寻求销售机会并完成销售业绩；
通过各种方式开拓客户，并解答客户问题
1 Working directly with merchants on the phone to respond to qualified leads regarding the PayPal product. (50%)
2 Working directly with merchants on the phone or via email to address and resolve merchants' questions, concerns and issues. (30%)
3 Working with sales applications to ensure pipelines are accurate and to assist team and management with sales related activities. (20%)
III.JOB REQUIREMENTS
优秀的语言沟通交流能力（书面及口语）
积极进取，独立执着
熟悉基本电脑软件 （IE浏览器，Office软件等）
英语四级以上
1 Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
2 Self-motivated, target driven independent worker
3 Ability to function in multiple telephone and email queues covering several product lines
4 Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
5 Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC based internet and software applications (The Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel).
6 Knowledge of internal systems such as Kana, Admin Tools, E-Services is a plus
7 CET-4 or above. Good English reading and writing capabilities
IV.EXPERIENCE
2年以上快节奏环境下的外呼电话销售工作经验
2年以上销售或业务拓展类经验：互联网公司、金融机构、支付处理或电话营销类公司等
l 2+ years proven and strong inbound and outbound sales experience within a fast paced target oriented environment required
2 2+ years sales or business development experience in one or more of the following areas: internet company, financial institution, payments processor, or telemarketing firm preferred
V EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
大专以上学历或相关工作经验
College Degree or equivalent work experience
