职位描述：

1. 负责日本代理及客户的日常联络工作，按照指示安排运输以及相关物流服务；

2. 将客户的委托及时与其他部门沟通、协调，确保客户的要求及时准确的被执行，并及时反馈相关信息给客户；
3. 对客户委托的业务要全程跟踪、及时反馈，对有疑问的环节必须及时告知上级领导，及时解决客户的要求；
4. 根据工作表现，深层挖掘客户以拓展公司业务。

Responsibility

1. In charge of daily communication with Japanese agents and clients, cfm booking order with client and get agent’s instruction of shipping arrangement

2. Coordination with operation dept and make sure shipments arranged properly according to client and agent’s instruction & request

3. Follow up & monitor closely every shpt, report to relative parties in timely manner

Good judgement to report leaders if any trouble and provide solutions to clients

4. Further developing the market based on good performance and service to the clients

职位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历；

2. 精通日语，日语二级或以上，能熟练运用日语口语及书写；

3. 有国际货代公司相近岗位工作经验者优先；

4. 精通英文，CET-4或以上者优先；
5. 谦虚积极，善于沟通与交流，有一定的亲和力；
6. 观察力敏锐，具有灵活应变及处理紧急事务的能力；
7. 能适应较大的工作强度和压力。

Requirement

1. College degree or above

2. Having work experience as operation in international forwarding company is preferred

3. Strong verbal & written Japanese communication skills

4. Good command in English ,Cet-4 or above is preferred
5. Honest, open-minded , and easy to communicate , team-working spirit
6. Fast in action, responses
7. Can work under pressure
