Report to: Admin Manager

Responsibility:
1) 进出口免税手册建立和调拨以确保进口材料的及时清关。

Apply for establishing handbook and control their use for importing and exporting to ensure the in-time-supply of import materials.
2) 准备手册申请的合同、消耗表及其它相应文件。

Prepare import /export contract, import material consumption sheet and other relative document for customs handbook
3) 手册及时核销。

Booklet offset on time.
4) 与松江海关及其它相关部门协调

Coordinate between P&Y and Songjiang customs & other government bureau as a contact window
5) 从相关部门申请所需的批准件。

Apply for the related certificate from government bureau
6) 归类保存所有手册相关的进出口单证。

Categorize and archive all handbook related documents
7) 安排出口发货。

Assist to arrange delivery.
8) 协助上级处理行政日常工作

Support the manager in daily routine issues.

Requirement:
1) 本科学历，3年或以上相关工作经验

Bachelor degree, at least three years experience in import
2) 熟悉国家进口条理

Familiar the import government regulation
3) 良好的英语口头表达及书写能力

Good English skills in both oral & written
4) 良好的办公软件操作能力

Knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
5) 良好的团队精神

Good at teamwork
6) 良好的沟通能力

Good communication skill
7) 能较好地承受工作压力

Can work under high pressure
