职位描述
Job Purpose:
To provide efficient and sufficient recruitment services as per business requirement;
Key Responsibilities:
? Work closely with line managers/business hr partners to understand workforce needs and provide proactive sourcing plans. Proactive engagement to maintain a relationship with internal key stakeholders.
? Design and drive the Implementation Sourcing Plan for Timely Delivery. Work as an expert on China hiring program, including but not limited to hire planning, cost analysis and hiring strategy management.
? Conduct requisition consultation meeting with hiring managers, search, screen, and shortlist; perform reference check, salary calibration, offer proposal and negotiation, candidate follow and warm-up Plan. Conduct junior to manager level staff recruitment activities in china areas;
? Develop and evaluate various recruiting channels/programs to ensure the recruiting process is efficient and cost effective. To build the competitors' data base in Asia Region.
? Manage the hiring status report, HRIS maintenance (staffing information update, etc.) and Track and ensure the new-hire quality meet the job competency;
? Keep good relationship with vendors, external clients within Asia; Provide management level consultancy and advice in all recruitment matters.
? Conduct training to line managers on hiring procedure and interview skill;
? Ensure all recruitment execution compliance with company policy and statutory laws;
Required:
In-house staffing management experience within multinational Hi-tech companies,Over 2 years recruiting working experience within multinational companies of high-tech industry.
? Hands on approach to achieve graduate recruitment target
? Good Presents and Presentation Skills
? Ability to communicate with all levels of management and different types of personalities.
? Good communication in English and Mandarin.
? Sense of good planning and ownership.
Can do attitude and capability to drive results.
? Detail carer and character of persistence
Desired:
? Position search experience for High-Tech industry, familiar with semi-conductor industry technology either the software, hardware, IC design, multimedia, etc.
? Highly networked in the recruitment market
? Resourceful and creative mindset to develop and execute on the recruitment plan
? Knowledge of talent assessment methodologies

? Bachelor or master degree in Human resource, Psychology, or business related fields.
