职位概要
作为研发中心试验团队的一员，将直接与全球应用工程师团队、产品开发团队和工厂一起合作，完成一系列模拟应用工况的台架试验、疲劳寿命试验和泥浆试验等。同时，带领、指导试验技术员保养、维护和维修试验设备以确保试验项目按计划进行。

主要职责
? 负责创建、修订和执行试验设备的标准操作规程，并负责保养、校准所有的试验设备，确保所有的试验设备处于良好的工作状况
? 负责安装试验机和试验相关的零部件，并根据计划跟踪和推进整个试验项目
? 落实预防性（计划内）和非预定计划（临时）的试验设备保养维护工作，以延长其使用寿命
? 参与试验设备的持续升级改造，开展设备验证和不确定度计算等工作
? 负责维护试验设备的数据采集系统，并审核和分析试验原始记录数据
? 管理所有的试验工装和试验样品
? 监督试验技术员日常工作和绩效考核，并培训他们
? 负责试验室现场5S管理和设备TPM保养工作
? 完成其它临时分配的工作

经验，知识及技能
1. 机械工程相关专业本科及以上学历
2. 至少有5年的机械行业工作经历，至少2年的实验室工作经历，如有1年的管理经验，或有轴承行业经验更佳
3. 熟悉轴承行业的相关试验标准
4. 熟练的英文水平
5. 能熟练使用AutoCAD和office办公软件
6. 善于表达和人际交往
7. 具有创新能力和团队合作精神
8. 对试验室工作有浓厚的兴趣，并愿意长期在此岗位发展


In order to support the high speed growth, PEER China now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of R&D Equipment Supervisor. The position will be located in Xinchang (Zhejiang Province) and report to R&D test lab manager.

Job Summary
As member of test team, work with global application engineering team, product development team and manufacturing to conduct application test, fatigue life test, mud slurry test etc. And, to lead and direct test technicians to manage and maintain all the test rigs to support and move forward test projects according to test plan.

Key Responsibilities

Create, revise and execute the SOP for test equipments, maintain and calibrate all equipment to ensure test equipment in the proper conditions
Install rig and assemble pieces, drive and follow up tests according to projects schedule
Realize preventive and unscheduled maintenance on equipments to prolong the equipment life
Participate continuous improvement on equipments and fulfill calibrations and uncertainty calculations
Manage data acquisition systems and handle and analyze recorded data
Manage test tooling and test samples
Supervise technicians’ daily work and performance, and train them to get them developed
Promote 5S and TPM activities
Perform other duties as assigned and requested

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
？ Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical or mechanotronics engineering or above
？ Minimum 5 years mechanical industry working experience, of which at least 2 years testing working experience, 1 year management experience or Bearing industry working experience is preferred
？ Familiar with bearing industry testing standard
？ Proficient in English
？ Familiar with AutoCAD and Office etc
？ Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
？ Creative ability and team cooperation spirit
？ Interested in testing work, and willing to stay in this area for a long term
