Job Summary:

Main responsibility is to manage the significant file generated from significant activities.
Make sure related information share and update between different levels.
Assist in campaign/ event which organized by QES department.


Key/Primary Responsibilities:
1. cOMMon system maintenance;
2. Electron documents and hard-copy documents management based on Dept. needs;
3. Display system information management（including TV information management)
4. Plant Library management ;
5. Communication, including information share between group and plant, Information board management
6. Design of poster and brochures
7. Update contents of QES notice-board


Candidate Profile

Professional Experience
More than 2 years’ experience in related fields.

Personal Qualifications

Knowledge

1. Design software such as Illustrator, Corledraw or similar design software; Publish software Adobe FrameMaker in Advance or similar publish software; experience with Graphic software is an advantage
2. Familiar with Microsoft office tools;


Skills
1. Good photography skill;
2. Good team player and customer thinking, result orientation;
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;
4. Good networking skills and can work well in a matrix organization;
5. Strong motivation, leadership and integrity;
6. Broad-minded, quick learner, proactive.


Possess core competencies of Volvo
1. Committed, self-motivated;


Education
University graduate or equivalent experience
Majored in Library management / file management/Secretary / Administrative management or related


Languages
Fluent in written & oral English
