Job Responsibilities:

1. Assign and follow up first inspection service cases, conduct dealer complete those well as regulation

2. Maintain Service Management System timely, analysis the service report, feedback specified OEM

3. Collect first inspection service claims, follow till payment completely

4. Monitor and audit first inspection service claims

5. Investigate unsatisfied cases, Solve customer complains effectively

6. Technical support for dealer and OEM via email, argus and phone

7. Drive and follow up campaign implement

8. Conduct service training for dealers or OEMs or end users

9. Assist in the service policy setup, execution and service management

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above majored in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Internal Combustion Engine is preferred

2. At least 3 years working experience in engine industry

3. At least 1 year experience in customer service, experience in engine industry is preferred

4. Team work spirit with energetic passion

5. Good interpersonal communication skills

6. Proficient written and spoken English skills

7. Proficient PC skills

8. Willing to travel domestically and overseas

9. Working experience in foreign invested companies is preferred

Daily & Weekly activities:

1. Follow up regular service cases.

2. Follow up outstanding service issues

3. Technical support for dealer and OEM

Monthly activities:

1. Key OEM support & feedback

2. FI and Campaign monthly report analysis

3. Dealer monthly report analysis

Year-end activities

1. Annual job summary and performance review

2. Annual dealer evaluation

3. Annual policy review
