Requirements:

• A University degree in any business or engineering related courses.
• At least five years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, in a supervisory capacity.
• Must have an in-depth understanding and knowledge in logistics management, production planning, demand management, inventory planning, data management, customer service, and project management.
• Should be keen on numbers and can handle work under pressure
• Analytical, systematic and results-oriented
• Excellent planning and coordination skills, with keen attention to details
• Highly motivated, pro-active and a team player.
• Good interpersonal relation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Adept in using MS Excel Worksheet

General Responsibilities:

• Import Business
• Oversee Supply Chain from Source (Thailand, Philippines and China) up to Distribution.
• Maintain alignment with Manufacturing Divisions (Thailand, Philippines and China) and China Sales and Marketing Team.
• Export Business
• Oversee Manufacturing Planning and Control. This covers production to shipment.
• Maintain alignment with Supply Chain Representatives of destination markets (ie, US, Canada, Europe, others).
• Continuous improvement (efficiency and cost) of systems and processes.
