职位描述：

1、熟练掌握涂料生产原理与操作，能够独立安排产品的生产作业，能够处理简单的异常。

2、熟悉涂料的生产流程、人员管理、材料安排，并进行相关流程的工艺优化。

3、在上级的指导下，可以主导并跟踪已确定的改进方案的执行。

4、严格执行岗位所涉及的职业卫生防护措施。

5 、了解生产系统所涉及的各种设备设施。

6、及时汇报生产过程中的各项非正常现象。

7 、完成上司交待的其他工作。



岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，化学相关相关专业。5年以上工作经验，丰富的现场管理经验。

2、具备较强的操作能力。

3、良好的应对能力、沟通协调能力。

4、工作积极主动，具有较高的职业素养和责任心。

5、根据生产需求，能适应翻班工作。

6、具有化工行业背景。
