Responsibilities：
1.Develop and execute the Electrical & Electronics business development plan for a variety of related market segments in agreement with the business and pricing strategy of Local Commercial Operations and Global BL Management
2.Seek, Promote and Track new opportunities and develop new applications
3.Lead the execution of value capturing sales development projects
4.Provide business intelligence and keep the Management updated on the local competitive scenario and market opportunities
5.Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner
6.Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
7.Monitor and report on customer complaints, contribute to solution and revert to customer with appropriate proposals so as to improve customer satisfaction
8.Implement and promote core values and behaviors within the team and extend to external environment
9.Conduct all business activities in compliance with requirements
10.Lead and develop the team to achieve collective and each individual target
11.Up to 50% of working time


Requirements：
1.Minimum of BSc or BEng in business or technical fields
2.Eight to ten years sales/marketing experience in selling solutions, technical products, specialties, and services in E&E related fields. Knowledge in specialty plastics and its applications
3.Experience in analyzing a competitive market, formulating sound marketing strategies and execute them
4.Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups
5.Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale
6.Demonstrated ability in managing network of channel partners/distributors
7.Strong desires for successes, self motivated, proactively looking for new challenges
8.Demonstrated ability to work within diverse culture and matrix organization (in a global team) as well as manage the E&E team
9.Outstanding communication skills
10.Self confidence and entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated leadership skills
11.Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
