职位描述 职责目标：
高效、专业的向医药/医疗器械/生物技术/研发公司推广销售Elsevier各领域的医学信息服务。

主要职责：

? 销售/业务开发
- 开发和维护新老客户
- 向客户准备并介绍提案
- 准备、联络、确认提案/报价/合同以及项目进度
- 控制项目的预算
- 支持项目的实施以及交付

? 市场支持
- 支持市场部对新产品/服务的推广及市场策略开发
- 反馈市场信息

? 客户关系建立和维护
- 维护良好的客户关系
- 收集客户对现有项目的反馈

? 内部运营支持
- 对编辑和设计部门提供项目质量和成本控制的有限建议
- 解决、管理内外部客户的意见和投诉
- 协助编辑收集项目有关信息
- 定期和编辑、设计、运营、财务和市场部沟通，加强团队合作

主要能力要求：
? 优秀的沟通和演讲能力
? 谈判和顾问式销售能力
? 客户管理和项目管理能力
? 独立负责，遵守进度要求
? 团队合作

胜任条件要求：
? 3年以上医药行业乙方Consultant Sales和Account Service职位从业经验，熟悉外资制药公司市场部运作，有一定客户资源。医学广告或医学出版公司优先，有团队管理经验优先
? 重点大学本科以上学历，医学或者药学优先，研究生和海归优先
? 英语读写熟练，口语流利者优先
