JOB PURPOSE:
工作目标：
To liase with operations team on all existing and forthcoming projects to ensure clients expectations are met. Within the capacity of Project Manager you will be expected to uphold and develop the client relationship and ensure consistent quality of work produced.
与各运营团队协商有关现存及将来的项目方案，以求达成客户的要求。在项目经理的指责范围内，维护并发展客户关系，确保始终如一的工作质量。

- To liaise with the Account Manager on existing, and forthcoming projects, including the planning and development of plans to complete those projects within the client time scales and to the quality levels expected.
与客户经理协商有关现存及将来的计划方案，包括草拟及指定发展工作计划，以求在指定时限内达成客户所要求的工作。
- To oversee client briefs accurately to optimise production.
准确得悉客户所需，务求零产品尽善尽美。
- To liaise between the account management teams and the SGS production team to ensure all information is correctly interpreted both creative and timings.
与客户管理团队及SGS制作队伍通力合作，保证各方面正确处理客户的要求并完成任务。
- Support Account Management in the development of project plans identifying key milestones and resource requirements.
在开发新项目计划时支援客户管理团队，确定关键的里程碑和资源协调。
Internal Communications

-To ensure effective internal communication through production team on the progress of all jobs.
促成制作团队内有良好的内部沟通，以便分工处理各个工作程序。
-To manage traffic for all work placed within the production departments.
管理制作团队所负责范围内的所有工作往来。
Internal Systems

-To use SGS MySGS MIS systems and any client system in accordance with standardised work procedures to ensure work schedules are adhered to and an accurate permanent record is maintained.
透过SGS的内部系统或客户提供的系统，以一个统一的工序，保证每一个工作细节都经过记录及严格遵循客户的要求。
-To understand the importance of using systems and to monitor and record progress on all jobs.
透过了解我们系统操作的重要性，去检测以及记录所有工作进程。
-To oversee that all project details are documented through MySGS.
利用我们的系统去监控及确认所有工作步骤都已经清楚记录。
- To continually maintain system so all information is correct for client and partners.
持续更新系统资料，让我们的客户及伙伴可以获得最准确的信息。
- To adhere to all internal processes in place for agreed workflow.
确保每一个工作细节都严格遵循及客户商定的程序。
-To adhere to all reporting processes set up within the department.
严格遵循自己的部门内定力的汇报系统去报告工作情况。
Quality Control
质量控制
- To oversee the costing information is correct and carried out immediately on completion of a job so that invoices are timely and accurate for your team.
监督价格信息的正确性，并准时在完成工作后申报，使团队可准时、准确向客户开具发票。
- To communicate priorities to all relevant parties to ensure timelines are respected.
协调各个部门，决定先后工序，确保各方按时完成工作。

- Show strong organisational skill with all aspect of their team.

Education and experience
教育与经验
- Minimum 2 years work experience in similar field.
在相似工作领域中有两年以上工作经验。
- Work experience in project management and account management
有项目管理、客户管理工作经验者优先。

- Knowledge of packaging pre press industry
