职位要求及条件：

1、大专以上学历，10年以上印刷行业经验，或3年以上喷绘机印刷经验。
2、负责车间机器调试以及车间生产。
3、负责车间团队组建及车间规章制度的建立。
4、喷绘机器设备的维护及保养，保证机器设备正常运转。
5、与采购部、销售部、仓库进行生产计划、协调，按质按量完成生产任务，并按要求办理发货。
6、工作积极主动、勤奋踏实，有团队合作精神。
7、为人诚信，领导能力、沟通能力较强。
8、学习能力强、善于发现问题根源、解决问题。
9、英语良好，能够交流。
