What are my responsibilities?

-Organize and control of logistics overall concerning working procedures, workflow and processes, so that the completion of the assigned tasks regarding quality and effiency is ensured.

-"Active participation in the department and support of subordinates in bottlenecks / problems, in order to fulfil task

requirements. "

-Plan, assign as well as rearranging in case of disruptions personnel, processes, machines and tools so that an optimized organization and processes can be achieved under considerations.

-"Description of work standards, confirmation of processes and subsequent training of employees,

in order to ensure sustainable quality and productivity."

-The abidance of all legal and SAG-inter regulation and guidelines (working security, environment, etc.) need to be implemented and monitored, to avoid damage to employees and the company.

-Planning, assigning, instructing, training and development of employees, in order to ensure working success through motivated employees.

-Participation in work groups / projects in order to inform oneself and to provide information to the others, to take influence and to optimize processes and

workflows.

-5S and working safety in Logistics department

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-3-5 years in leader position in Logistics function.
