-For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Component Quality Engineer/材料质量工程师

What are my responsibilities?

-Key role as the component expert in the company.

-Ensuring and continuous improvement of the supplier quality.

-Great contribution for new supplier development.

-PLM fulfillment, supplier evaluation, supplier failure rate, trouble shooting……in the electric field.(ex. e-blower, sensor, windings, cable,etc)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Operative duties for supplier quality management

- Calculating quality figures according to SQM specifications

- Ensuring and improvement of the supplier quality

- Performing supplier process audits via VDA6.3

2. Supplier quality management in the definition and realization phase of the commodity

- applying preventive quality methods aimed at risk minimization

- collaborating in the specifications with R&D and suppliers

- implementing/controlling specified qualification measures

3. Supplier quality management for supplier development

- Ensuring that potential risks in the commodity's manufacturing process are recognized in collaboration with the supplier and that coordinated action is taken to avoid/reduce such risks in the long term.

- Holding quality meetings with suppliers in consultation with interal contacts

- Involvement in supplier development programs

4. material technical trouble shooting supporting for customer, supplier and Siemens.

What else do I need to know?

-Expert in electric parts, esp for windings, e-blower and cables.

-Expert in the manufacturing process of electric parts, esp for windings, e-blower and cables.

-Quality experiences in the electric fileds over 5 years

-Preventive quality methods, such as FMEA, APQP,CIP methods

-QM system knowledge ISO 9001 or TS 16949
