-For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for an Automation Information Specialist at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Work with Customers and application specialist and help them setup their specific sample workflow on an automation system; Establishes project specific written procedure for Final Phase Execution
- Provide support and recommendation to the field service specialists when they encounter difficulties
- Collect customer's workflow requirement and discuss with applications specialist to help customized an workflow; Prepares project reports and detailed estimates by identifying activities, status and performance
- Escalate difficult cases to second level team or global product support team; Maintains technical knowledge by keeping current on applicable, processes, practices and best methods; Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Teamwork and encouraging others to adopt best practices, supporting bidding
- Communicate with team timely for the company updates; Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and global standards
- Deliver training according to the training schedule
- Other related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- A degree in medical engineering, mechanics or related majors. Experience in medical device industry, with diagnostics experience a plus
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
- Good understanding of the financial system operated within the company
- A broad based knowledge of the products within the InVitro Diagnostics industry
- Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates
- Good experience in Service within diagnostics industry, and adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record
- Diagnostics or relevant functions
- Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.
- Good language skills incl. Chinese and English and can work well with staff and customers from diversified backgrounds.
