Requirement:

- Education: Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;

- Business background and several years of relevant work experience in a laboratory or trade environment;

- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese would be an advantage;

- Commitment to high quality and constant product improvements;

- Analytical, strategic and visionary approach;

- Open, confident and professional nature;

- Ability to enforce change;

- Ability to work under pressure;

- Communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Main Responsibility:

- Pre-production and production process optimization in our suppliers’ factories;

- Developing and enhancing production standards;

- Launching new productions and implementing product improvements;

- Training of suppliers;

- Production analysis for market and competitor by visiting trade exhibitions and existing suppliers;

- Problem solving and documentation in collaboration with the quality assurance department;

- Planning, implementing and coordinating all measures to fulfill product requirements;

- All the rest tasks related to production engineering.

You will be part of a team consisting of product management in Germany and quality assurance and merchandising departments in Asia.

You will travel to suppliers’ factories at least 75% of the time. In the remaining time, stay in our Shanghai offices, and once per year at our German Head Office.

- 供应商工厂生产的控制与工艺流程优化；

- 供应商工厂生产工艺标准的开发与改进；

- 产品的改进与新产品开发；

- 供应商培训；

- 通过参观展会及供应商工厂，分析市场上的产品及竞争对手的产品；

- 与质量部门协同解决产品质量问题，并对相关文件存档；

- 规划、执行以及协调产品生产过程中各因素，确保产品符合相关标准

- 所有其他与产品生产工艺相关的工作。

你既是亚洲质量团队以及采购团队的一员，也将是德国产品管理团队的一员。

你将有75%的时间出差到供应商的工厂，剩下的时间在上海办公室，每年有一次到我们德国总部培训。
