-Goals/Mission: - 1) Conducting process and product audit( surface treatment); 2) Supervising, monitoring and controlling supplier's surface treatment process capability; 3) Trouble-shooting quality problems related to surface treatment process.

-Working Partners / Contacts: -The SQPE shall report to Supplier Quality Manager for LSF in Siemens Wind Power Asia Pacific, and functionally assist the quality functions in SWP Headquarter. There will be a close cooperation with the procurement and engineering departments.
-Tasks: - Explain the qualification procedures and processes for suppliers, clarify quality-related questions from suppliers. -Follow up qualification plan and supplier corrective agreements.-Periodically analysis supplier's quality status to find out the potential for improvement and drive it.-Manage the supplier qualification and product qualification, supervise supplier and product audits as well as supplier corrective agreements-Supervise and monitor supplier's manufacturing process to make sure the process is conforming to planning and are stable, continuously support supplier to improve the process capability.-Monitoring the supplier's quality inspection activities, implement the process supervision and product inspection activities at the supplier site, ensure the results according to the relevant technical and quality specifications / requirements.-Manage the Non-conformances with NCR system, supplier corrective agreements and 8D reports ,drive and support the nonconformance handling at suppliers' by means of root cause analysis and corrective action based on the process knowledge and problem solving.- Implementation of quality related procedures and processes.-Frequent travel to the suppliers.

-Competencies: surface treatment, and quality control experience in heavy industry .Good English skills, in writing and oral. Solid communication and team work skills.Bachelor degree in surface treatment, chemical or related technical discipline . Experience with large parts surface treatment .

-Essential (today and in future):- Bachelor degree in surface treatment, chemical or related technical discipline .Experience in large steel fabrications surface treatment and quality control experience on surface treatment is essential; experience in problem solving and audit is supplementary.-5+ years experiences in large steel fabrications surface treatment, supplier quality.-Collaboration with international teams. Networking and team building skills.
-Education:- Bachelor or above
-Languages: - Good English skills.
