职位描述
-For our Energy Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Internal project Coordinator.
What are my responsibilities?
-The role of the Internal project coordinator in Business Development is to take the repsonsibility for driving and coordinating various project in the Engineering department, which are not a part of the technical projects.
-These projects could e.g. be to implement new tools, software, processes, training programs, communication tasks, etc.
-The role work cross-functionally within the EN organization as well as with Supply Chain Management in China as well as internationally with key persons in Engineering Head Quarter.
-The Internal project coordinator will be responsible for execution of projects, i.e. project scheduling, tracking, training, implementation, resource coordination, communication, etc.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Bachelor or master degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent majors.
-Other degrees are also relevant, as long as the candidate has a strong project manager profile, with proven track record in successfully implementing crossfunctional projects in an international environment.
-Project Management Toolbox and Skills
-Communication & Presentation Skills
-Demonstrated ability to build, lead, motivate and inspire teams
-Experience with leading and integrating work in a cross-functional team including engineering, sourcing and manufacturing.
-Change Leadership
-Mentoring and coaching skills
-Lean / Six Sigma methods
What else do I need to know?
1 Ongoing Project Management of 3-5 projects of varying scope and duration.
Projects are mainly related to the growth and improvement of the efficiency and/or management in the Engineering department
2 Manage overall project schedule to ensure deliverables can customer requirements.
3 Identify and coordinate cross-functional resource plan for the projects.
4 Establish project schedules and related resource and financial impact
5 Actively engage project stakeholders and drive implementation, training and communication.
6 Identification and implementation of business improvement opportunities (new projects)
Positive and proactive cooperation with Engineering, other departments and all relevant stakeholders
