Job Purpose:
Handle HR transaction process, maintain accurate records, and collect customer overdue accounts to minimize outstandng debts.
Job description:
1.take billing in ERP system, maintain A/R transaction accuracy.
2.Control credit release in ERP system
3.Review the credit limit periodically as well as credit term for existing customers
4.Update collection details in accounting system
5.Issue VAT/export invoice to customer
6.Issue B/G on time; Liaise with bank issues, Guarantee Contract&Credit Contract annual review
7.Weekly update AR Aging/Progress Payment, Bid Bond report,handle AR call as management request
8. other duties from the company
Job requirements:
1. University major in accounting or related field.
2. Two years or above working experiences of accounting.
3. Fluent in English; proficient computer skills,especially MS Office Excel, Word.
4. Patient and detailed, good communication ability and team work spirit. Mature, independent, positive and strong sense of responsibility.
5. Fast learner and open mind
