-For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a IC LMV MV SSLS R&D Engineer城市与建设 中低压 上海西门子开关有限公司 研发工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

-Project realization of new products according to design specification with considering of cost, time and ability of manufacturing including current day manufacturing

-3D modeling and drawings creation to ensure quality of design meet project development specification

-To ensure availability of manufacturing data e.g. shop drawings and SAP master data are available for manufacturing.

-Quality assurance of the design output according to R&D design guideline and standard SOP of manufacturing.

-Quality assurance of the project (Millstone review, design review, release document)

-Clarifying details of procurement (specification, supplier, term of business) together with purchasing dept

-Synchronizing on the manufacturing and logistics concept with relevant departments

-Conforming the products are comply with related standard (IEC/DL/GB, ect)

-Technical and commercial project controlling (DMC cost, Time, technical and economic objectives)

-Clarifying of the patent situation

-Prepare and maintenance of Product Design Configuration

-Product training for related departments

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Experience in Power Distribution business with a solid knowledge of market, competitors and Siemens scope of products/services -Understanding & experience of MV products, market requirements of them, and evaluation techniques which allow effective product differentiation -

Focus in project goal, innovative and influences by others -Ability to work in an intercultural environment with international teams and different company cultures

-Fluent oral and written English is mandatory

What else do I need to know?

-Knowledge of medium voltage products and applications

-Knowledge of competitor’s products and applications

-Knowledge of common standard (IEC/GB/DL) and requirement specification of MV product

-Knowledge of MV product structure (primary) including components and detail application

-Knowledge of R&D processes

- Knowledge of 3D design software and technical of drawings creation including data management for manufacturing

- Knowledge of product design variants including its application for selection e.g. standard/option

-Knowledge of LoA process & business conduct guidelines including compliance rules
