Job Description 职责说明

To create and develop unique offering of pastry/cuisine that provides our customers with a variety of selections 创造研发独特的甜点/料理,来提供给消费者有多样化的选择

To demonstrate creativity and innovation skills in the offering of pastry/cuisines 建置出在甜点及料理上的创新开发能力

Staff management 厨房员工管理

Scheduling of chefs within the team 负责厨房员工排班

To work closely with other chefs in order to achieve highest possible standard of food 维持厨房团队彼此间的合作来确保食物质量的标准化

To plan, supervise and organize the preparation and execution of all pastry/cuisine 规划.指导和组织所有甜点/料理的准备和制作过程

To ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with government standards 确认食物在处理及准备上都有符合当地卫生法令规定的标准

Requirements职位要求

At least 5 to 8 years of experience in pastry/Western cuisine
