Detailed Responsibilities

- Supervise daily accounting works, including review payment requests, purchase orders;

- Supervise AR/AP status and track cashflow move smooth;

- Prepare weekly project/sales report and monthly payment plan;

- Prepare monthly & annual statutory/mgmt financial reports and declare all reports on time;

- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit process;

- Assist in establishing and improving internal control system and accounting system.

- Qualifications

- Knowledge & Skills Good communication and financial analysis skill. Fluent in Mandarin and English

Middle-Level accounting certification is preferred

- Education & Training University graduate with Bachelor or above in accounting or finance major

- Experience Minimum 6 years working experience with minimum 2 years in a supervisor role,

preferably in foreign enterprises.

- Personal Characteristics Responsible, stable, detail oriented and a good team work player
