- Graduation background of Textile, clothing related subject holder
- Minimum 7 years QA experience at textile, garment, manufacturing
- Experience in product development, sample review, risk assessment, quality specification in development stage
- Knowledge of European safety and legal standards
- Knowledge of product durability and functional testing standards
- Experience in handling in-line & final inspection for textile and garment to European market
- Good product and material knowledge of fabric
- Good knowledge of paper patterns and workmanship techniques
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and oral English & Mandarin
- Frequent travel within local China
- Based in Shanghai office

Duties:
- Assign projects to QA and QC and monitor the progress in daily basis.
- Supervise QA team to review all samples and reports
- Investigate and response timely to customer’s queries on quality and technical issues
- Lead and guide QA and QC teams to complete their tasks properly effectively.
- Solve technical and quality issues with factory
- Provide training to QA and QC teams
- Develop and modify internal process to improve efficiency.
- Oversee the QA/QC weekly schedule
- Manage internal laboratory and monitor testing activities
- Report to Quality Director
