RESPONSIBILITY工作职责:

1) Purchasing采购
a) Timely consolidate company purchase request.
及时收集公司采购需求。
b) Set purchase plan including purchase time and quantity, according to actual storage status, and submit to CEO for approval.
根据库存情况，制定相应采购计划，包括采购时间，采购数量等，并取得公司CEO的批准。
c) The purchase plan should be based on adequate market query, with at least 3 vendors, in order to achieve the lowest price at same quality.
采购应建立在充分的市场调查的基础上，货比三家，对相同品质的商品应采用最低价格
d) Ensure timely and accurate delivery from vendor.
确保所购物品及时准确按质按量交货。
e) Obtain proper certificates from vendors for medical material and equipments.
对于医疗用品的采购应确保供应商具备相关资质证明。
f) In charge of purchase contract, ensure formality of contract clauses, for the sake of best interest to the company.
负责采购合同的签署，确保合同条款合乎规范，维护公司利益。
g) Timely and accurately arrange payment request, follow vendor’s deadline, try to use vendor’s collection period as long as possible.
及时准确安排付款申请，在供应商的最迟付款期限内，尽可能延长付款时间，充分利用其放帐时间。
h) Timely provide related reports, including monthly purchase report and department utilization report, etc.
及时准确提供相关报表，包括月度采购及部门用量报表。
i) Feasibility report should be submitted for big purchase, for the sake of decision making.
大型采购应提供采购可行性报告，为管理层决策提供参考。

2) Warehousing仓储
a) Ensure timely and accurate distribution.
确保及时准确发货。
b) Monitor storage status, set reorder level, avoid stock up or stock out.
及时准确掌握库存情况，设置并监控安全库存量，不过量囤积物品，同时避免发生缺货。
c) Control the period of stock validity, return overdue material back to vendor, otherwise disposal report should be submitted for approval.
及时掌握库存物品的有效期，对过期物品应与供应商协商调换，无法调换的商品应报批处置。
d) Set separate area for sterilized material, strictly follow the sterilization regulations.
设置单独库房或区域安置无菌化物品，严格满足无菌要求的相关规定。
e) Periodically check actual stock, ensure reconciliation to the stock book.
定期盘点库存，确保帐实一致。
f) Timely and accurately in control of the information of administer and Clinic fixed assets, update the Fixed Assets Form.
及时准确掌握医院范围内包括行政，医疗器械信息，统计更新固定资产信息表。
g) Accept and approve the Discard Form from other departments, and inform the Finance Department in time.
接受并审批各部门报废申请，已报废资产信息删除及通知财务部门作相关处理。

3) Maintaining后勤保障
a) Supervising, directing the daily job of maintain person.
管理、指导维修人员的日常工作。
b) Guarantee to keep Main equipments, instruments in good repair.
大型仪器、设备的保修、维护。
c) Cope with the urgency broken-down.
紧急故障的及时处理。

QUALIFICATIONS任职要求
Education & Experience
- 5 years or above of work experience in multi-national organizations, area of specialization: Supply Chain & Purchasing (Sourcing and Procurement)
- A bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- Experience in healthcare related sector will be an advantage
- Good communications skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good team work, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines
- Strong internal customer & business focus, result orientation and change management experience
- Good computer skills and system knowledge including e-technologies for sourcing & procurement
