Job Objectives:
1. Conduct experimental and theoretical research assignment independently for new products.
2. Find technical solutions to meet the business achievement and customer satisfaction.
Job description:
1. Perform routine scientific research tasks and communicate results / problems / trends promptly to appropriate associates;
2. Analyze and document results, prepare technical reports, examinations and summaries; work out MSDS, product catalogue, etc;
3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of key laboratory equipment; Establish and train the specification and standard for lab technicians;
4. Adapt and optimize methods and procedures according to the project requirements;
5. Provides technical training to lab technicians and less experienced staff.
6. Contribute to the achievement of the mission of the company, adheres to company's values;
7. Provide technical support for some sudden & urgent tasks; perform other general lab assignment.
Job requirement:
1. M.Sc and PhD in Chemistry, inorganic/organic chemistry and polymer.
2. At least 8 years experience for M.Sc or 5 years experience for PhD in conducting scientist experiments in chemical labs.
3. Overseas working experience with fluent English and Mandarin is required.
4. A good study and research of resin, polymers, and composite material.
5. High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
