Job Responsibility:
Weekly, monthly and other regular marketing activities
Organize e-invites and mailings to clients
Upload to websites, inform the press on our on-going promotions
Maintain our brand image in all materials: print or media
Regular meetings and on-going contact with our PR company on press releases and other outreach plans for name development in the press and media
Interface with our associates: PR Company, Function consultant, etc.

Graphics Production
Design and produce print and media identity: flyers, newsletters, brochures, napkins, t-shirt, postcards and other designs with attention to our brand identity.
Oversee technology required to send out text messages, emails, and other materials.
Oversee cost of production: negotiate with printers, photographers and other suppliers
Maintain close ties with Hotel Concierges, Tour operators, shipping companies, and other strong referrals for Kathleen’s 5
Organize on-going contact and client dinners
Self-starter, work independently, enthusiastic, good with public, detail-minded, and well-organized
Reports to the Marketing Manager
