1、教育水平：全日制大专以上学历，会计、财务管理专业；
2、工作经验：大专学历要求4年以上工作经验，全日制本科及以上学历要求2年以上工作经验。
3、职称水平：会计上岗证、会计师证；
4、知识/技能：熟悉增值税和企业所得税的暂行实施条例。熟悉代理服务行业或建筑业的会计准则和会计法规；熟悉金蝶财务软件系统或用友U8 和EXCEL电子表格的操作；

素质要求：
1、主动配合协作团队工作，有预见性的合理安排本职工作的进度；
2、能够清晰简单的说明问题的状况，复杂的问题可以按重点进行说明；
3、严格按照财务制度，遵循财务准则实施开展工作，能在本职工作角度发现并提报问题的出现。能够明确的了解团队、上级及同事对工作的期望，及时调整自己的工作目标，能指导或建议同事更好的解决问题的建议；
4、清晰的知道本职位的工作重点，了解失误对于企业可能的损失，及时发现并避免；
5、细致认真的工作态度，乐于学习改进工作效能
