Job Objective 工作目标
Supporting PMO by analyzing and tracking costs, sales and marketing related data that will help Project Managers to get a full picture and act timely to market changes.

Tasks / area of responsibility 任务/责任范围
？ You will work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. So, you will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions. To get to a valuable analysis, you must be able to think in a very logical and systematic perspective.
？ You need to proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to understand their analysis requirements and are able to ask for clarification or confirmation when you feel the necessity.
？ From the information that your customers provide to you, you must be able to extract the information that are needed to conduct the analysis
？ You must be able to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and detect inconsistencies and consolidation conflicts. You should also be able to find out trends and conclusions based on the findings of your analysis.
？ As a result of your analysis, you will need to present your findings in a clear writing or spoken way, easily communicating complex ideas and being able to create visual representations of your conclusions (charts, pivots…)
？ You must pay a great attention to details, you are very precise in your work and vigilant in your analysis so that you come to correct conclusions.


Necessary requirements 任职需求
? Six month or longer internship
? Studying in the field of math, statistics, computer science, or something closely related to their field
? Interest in Project management in an Automotive driven environment
? Fluent in English
? Additional knowledge / skills
- Project management
- MS Excel, Macro & VBA
- Presentation techniques (Power Point, presenting data in Excel,...)
- Good communication skills
