Job description岗位描述
1. Responsible for daily management of production line of Operation components department.
负责机械生产部 生产现场日常管理。
2. Assist supervisor to achieve tasks and goals.
配合主管工作，负责各项任务及工作目标达成。
3. Ensure the quality of production line and take charge of manufacturing process under controlled.
确保生产线产品质量,监管生产过程受控。
4. Check 5S and staff discipline of production line or responsible district.
检查生产线或负责区域5S及员工纪律等。
5. Drive employees to work and interact energetically.
带动员工工作积极度与员工互动。
6. Master employees attendance and responsible for their relocation and adjustment of post.
掌握员工出勤/负责安排人员岗位及各岗位人力配置与调整。
7. Manage the achievement situation of management KPI tasks every week /month and do the analysis and improvement of un-achieved.
每周/月各项管理KPI指标的达成与未达成改善,并持续维持及改善分析提升。
8. Prepare report forms and collect analytical data precisely on time.
按时准确完成各项报表和分析数据收集。
9. Connect with responsible person and track the tasks initiatively to ensure completed related to other departments.
对于跨部门事情,主动沟通并追踪进度直到完成。
10. Others job assigned by management.
管理层交待的其他工作。

Necessary requirements 任职资格
1. Senior high school education background or above.
高中以上学历。
2. More than 3 years of work experience in production field management and good skills at improving 5S &capability of production line and training employees.
3年以上生产直接现场管理经验，具备改善生产线5S/产能提升，现场质量监管, 员工技能教导。
3. able to implement working plan efficiently/good skills at inspection and supervising/good execution force and best working efficiency/able to complete tasks in shortest time and possess good subjective initiative.
能有效率的展开工作计划/具体检查与督导能力/执行力强,体现最佳的工作效率,能在最短时间内完成工作任务,具备较强的工作主观能动性。
4. Familiar with manufacturing engineering, process management and work flow.
熟悉装配线制造工艺,过程监管,及生产流程。
5. Good communication skill and teamwork sprite.
良好的沟通能力，具有团队合作精神。
