Job Description职位描述
1. Owner dedicated project management tool/process.
项目管理工具/过程拥有者。
(Change Management, product development, project reporting.)
（更改管理，产品研发过程/工具，项目汇报等）
2. Define rollout/implementation plan of certain tool/process.
制定项目管理过程/工具的推行和执行计划。
3. Set up KPI’s for his/her tool/process.
定义工具/过程执行/使用的KPI.
4. Tracking and reporting the implementation status of his tool/process
跟踪汇报工具/过程的执行状态。
5. Acts as the first level support for project team on several TC (technical center)
直接支持项目团队（研发中心）。
6. Facilitate/conduct training of his/her process/tool.
开展/协助项目工具/过程的培训。

Necessary requirements 任职资格
1. Graduate in business engineering (polytechnic) prefer.
工程专业背景。
2. At least 2 years project management experience in automotive industry
汽车行业至少2年项目管理经验。
3. Good at all office software.(PPT, excel, MS project etc.)
熟练使用MS软件（PPT,excel,MS project etc.）
4. Excellent communication ability
优秀的沟通能力
5. Good at both written and verbal English
流畅的英语听说读写。
