Project material planner
Description岗位描述:
1. Release purchase order to vendor based on production planning;
根据项目生产计划向供应商下达原材料采购订单。
2. Inventory control for raw materials which align with the department KPI;
控制原材料库存完成部门库存指标。
3. Keep tracking for the vendor of on time delivery measurement and follow purchase order's status;
持续跟踪供应商按时交货和订单状态。
4. To monitor production plan and materials flow in daily basis;
监控日常生产计划与物料状态。
5. Keep closely follow with the slow moving/EOP/ECM part planning;
紧密跟踪计划呆滞,断点,工程更改物料。
6. Do material escalation for the materials which will be potential shortage in the coming weeks;
对于未来几周内存在潜在短缺风险的物料，及时上报。
7. Keep the good communication with related function, such as Finance/Sourcing/Production/Vendor;
与各相关职能部门（财务，采购，生产，供应商）保持良好沟通。
8. To follow the supplier payment, avoid payment delayed to the vendors even for the supplier delivery performance.
跟进供应商付款，避免付款延迟导致的供应商交货延迟。
Your skills and experience技能与经验要求:
1. 3 more years of planning experience in auto industry;
3年以上汽车行业物流计划经验。
2. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
熟练使用Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word，
3. SAP knowledge;
熟悉SAP系统。
4. Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner;
以专业的形象与态度进行日常工作。
5. High level of accuracy;
工作质量高度准确。
6. Must be conscientious and maintain confidentiality in daily operations;
在日常工作中必须认真谨慎并保持保密性。
7. Requires effective oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills;
良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力。
8. Must be able to work in a team environment.
在工作中必须能够团队合作。
